I Never Do This, But. . .

Joe is part of a duo called “A Thousand Miles” that released a hit music video dedicated to first responders everywhere. 5 Ways Fasting Can Improve Your Music Life

For the last four months I’ve been experimenting with fasting, mostly for health reasons.
