I first stumbled into Seth Godin's work when I was 19, bored, and having major career anxiety. I was in the marketing section of a Borders Books, and stumbled across "Permission Marketing". A decade later I've read almost everything Seth's written and he's had a profound impact on my life.

He just launched a podcast this last year, and it's amazing. He covers general topics like building hits, placebo effect, integrity, and much more. As usual, his work is challenging me to rethink how I build my career.
