​​​This is my first blog entry, and I couldn't be more excited about it. There's so much to share as a musician- tales of the road, interesting tidbits about day to day life, moving works of art to inspire. 

But what to blog? There's so many interesting ideas and stories to cover, and so little time. I can't possibly say it all, so I've chosen to cover just three things that I feel like I know the best:

1. Personal tales (and pictures) of life as a musician​ in the midwest

2. Practical pointers about how to be a great musician (which also means being a great leader)​

3. ​Cool stuff I've found that I think is worth sharing

So here we begin. ​May we both be inspired along the way.
