MainStage Mondays: How To Change Text On Each Patch

Several of you were writing this week asking if it was possible to change text for each patch-here’s how to do it: 

 

1. Open MainStage. Pick a template.

2. Go to the Layout mode by using the key command Command-1.

3. Create a text field by dragging it from the Screen Controls Palette.

4. Go back to the Edit view, and add a patch.

5. Type something.

This text should now only appear on the patch you selected.
