There's been some awesome music apps that I've found over the last few months that are worth sharing with you. Here's some things to brighten your day:

This great little app is free, and perfect for recording any musical ideas you have. It allows you to add a drumbeat (that beat detects your tempo automatically), and even gives the option of exporting to Logic Pro.

2. Moog's Model 15 iPad App

This amazing recreation of Moog's classic modular synths sounds and looks every bit as cool as you could imagine. Also, you'll save about $14,970 if you get the app and skip the hardware.

3. ByWord

This blogging app allows you to write and upload your blogs easily using the universal language of Markdown. It'll even automatically load up your photos for you, too. It's not free, but it's definitely worth the $11.99 for the hours of time you'll save.

4. Mailchimp Snap

This handy little app is free with a Mailchimp batch email account (free up to 2,000 subscribers), and works very similar to Instagram for email. I use it to send out quick email to readers every week.

5. Pocket

This handy little app allows you to read website content offline. I love it for when I'm traveling and on a limited data budget.
